The master shoemaker Heinrich Rönnberg lived in the house at Große Wasserstraße 13 around 1900. At that time the apartment and workshop were in the house. The shoemaker's half-timbered house is one of the few old Waren houses that is still preserved today. It is right next door and was lovingly restored a few years ago.

The air-conditioned suite “Schuhmacher Rönnberg” is located on the upper floor of the house. The non-smoking suite "Schuhmacher Rönnberg" has three sleeping areas and two bathrooms as well as a combined living/dining area with an open kitchen. A balcony or terrace is not available in this suite. It is completely at ground level, accessible for disabled people and is characterized by a modern design Interior fittings. The spacious suite is equipped with a wooden floor with underfloor heating, satellite TV and radio, WiFi, a desk, bedrooms with large beds and comfortable mattresses for more comfort and a modern sideboard. There is enough storage space in the cupboards, as well as a safe for valuables.
The suite's modern, fully equipped kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee and Nespresso machine (a small selection of Nespresso capsules is available upon arrival), a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with an ice compartment, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and more enough dishes.
The spacious bathrooms are comfortably furnished with a walk-in shower and toilet. One of the bathrooms also has a bathtub. Hairdryer is available.
